射阳远洋船舶辅机有限公司座落于黄海之滨的江苏省射阳经济开发区，占地面积55000ｍ2，建筑面积30000ｍ2。办公楼、科技楼、金加工车间、装配车间、喷砂车间、热处理车间、理化分析室、仓库、餐厅、职工公寓等生产设施和生活用房配套齐全。具有100t级重型绞车、600t/m级大型克令吊、锚机、新型数字式减摇鳍（哈尔滨工程大学技术）、高速艇收放装置等救生系列产品、船舶特种装备产品的试验高架和平台。年销售额超亿元、纳税数百万元。
　公司前身为国营江苏省射阳船舶辅机厂，始建于1952年。2000年在原800多名职工中筛选生产和技术骨干268名，改制重组为射阳远洋船舶辅机有限公司。企业重组后，通过整合国内外人才资源，形成了强大的技术团队，拥有教授级高级工程师1人、博士3人、高级工程师2人、工程师5人，各类技师、高级钳工等58人；具备各类非标系列船舶甲板机械产品和特种装备产品的设计制造能力，企业精干高效、充满活力，迅速拓展出一片全面发展的新天地。
　　主要产品有：新型数字式减摇鳍（哈尔滨工程大学技术），高速艇收放装置、系列起艇机、吊艇架，恒张力绞车，恒张力克令吊，系列起锚机、锚绞车、系缆绞盘，系列起重机、折臂吊机，特种深海地质取样绞车、水文取样绞车，系列电缆绞车、拖曳绞车，可倒式A型架，中央液压泵站等。为沪东中华造船（集团）有限公司、江南造船厂、武昌造船厂、渤海船舶重工、大连船厂、广船国际、黄浦船厂以及海军4804、4805、4806、4807、4808、4810等知名船厂设计制造各类产品数千台套，分别配套于国家首次南极考察的向阳红10号、极地号、远望号，中科院的科学1号、3号、实验3号、新型综合科考船，各类舰船，民用散货船、集装箱船、化学品船、油船等船舶。特别是与哈尔滨工程大学合作生产的新型数字式减摇鳍，已达国际先进水平，为国防建设、海洋考察和远洋运输都做出了杰出的贡献，部分产品还相继出口俄罗斯、日本、法国、德国、越南、柬埔寨等国家。赢得了国内外用户的赞誉和信赖。

　　Sheyang Ocean-going Ship Auxiliary Co.Ltd is located in Sheyang(called Crane Township), Jiangsu Province Economic and Technological Development Zone, on the coast of the Yellow Sea, covering an area of 55000 m2, construction area of 30000 m2. There are office buildings, science and technology buildings, the processing workshops, assembly shops, sandblasting shop and heat treatment shop, physical and chemical analysis room, 100 t-class products and winch 600 t / m-Crane family of products as well as test-bed storage, restaurants, dormitories and other production facilities and living space. 　　The formerly state-owned company Sheyang Ship Auxiliary plant was built in 1952. In 2000 in the restructuring reform, 268 key workers were selected from over 800 former workers .So born was Sheyang Ocean-going Ship Auxiliary Co.Ltd. After the reorganization the enterprise is elite, efficient and dynamic, rapidly expanding to an all-round development of the new world.
